During Tweetakt, you can experience the festival at Fort Ruigenhoek and in various theaters throughout the city of Utrecht. Tweetakt presents a diverse program of theater and dance, featuring premieres, original productions, and special projects — created by emerging talents and renowned artists from both the Netherlands and abroad.
For all locations, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you will be attending a performance in a wheelchair. You can inform us via info@tweetakt.nl. At every performance, audience guides will be present to assist visitors as needed, and it is possible to request additional support on location.
If a performance includes strobe lighting, this will be indicated on the performance page. Any relevant trigger warnings will also be listed there. Visiting the festival with people who don’t speak Dutch or who are hard of hearing? We offer an extensive Language-No-Problem program. To ensure the festival is accessible to people with a limited budget, we collaborate with the U-Pas and various neighborhood organizations in Utrecht.
We are open to suggestions to improve accessibility. Have feedback after visiting the festival? Please share it with us via info@tweetakt.nl.
